PRLog (Press Release) - Aug 02, 2011 - Bellingham based web development and IT support company, Big Fresh Media, is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Hurd. Jennifer joined the Tech Help division of Big Fresh Media as a Technician on May 12, 2011.
Jennifer comes to Big Fresh Media with a myriad of experience providing technology support. For ten years, Jennifer worked as a Voice and Data Telecom Analyst for Western Washington University (WWU) in Bellingham, WA. After her work at WWU, Jennifer enrolled in the Computer Network Technology Department at Bellingham Technical College (BTC) where she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking. Additionally, Jennifer is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
"We offered Jennifer a position in our Tech Help division before she even graduated from BTC," says Doug DeVries, Co-Owner and Production Manager of Big Fresh Media. "After meeting her at a job fair, we knew she possessed the technological skills and great attitude required to provide stellar support to our customers," says Doug. "We're lucky to have her on board."
Jennifer's duties include providing comprehensive on-site computer and network services for businesses in Whatcom County and phone support for remote clients.
